Intellectual Property (IP)

FlyChemiX holds a national patent for the synthesis of Fe-Cr free catalysts, which is currently in the final stages of PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) registration. The patent application was initially filed in January 2023 and was successfully registered nationally by May 2023. This groundbreaking catalyst earned a gold medal in the chemical section of the ArmoCup National Inventions and Innovations Competition, and it also received a special prize from the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA), granting us honorary membership in this prestigious Geneva-based federation.

In August 2023, our patent further secured a silver medal at the Swiss Inventors’ Competition, standing out among 850 inventions and 1,500 participants. These achievements underscored the significance of our innovation, prompting us to pursue PCT registration to secure our intellectual property on a global scale. The necessary documents were filed in September 2023, and by December 2023, the results confirmed that our patent met the stringent criteria for Industrial Applicability (IA) and Novelty (N), with all supporting documentation readily available.

Recent follow-ups indicate that the PCT filing will be officially published on August 29, 2024. Once published, we will work towards indexing it in Google Patents, enhancing its visibility and accessibility. Following the final PCT approval, we will have 30 months to register the patent in our target countries, ensuring comprehensive protection for our innovation. Meysam Nezhadhassan Ghazimahaleh, as a recognized inventor, has played a crucial role in securing these patents, which are a cornerstone of our competitive advantage. Our IP strategy involves continuous innovation and patenting new developments to maintain our technological edge and strengthen our market position.
